Wbpdcl has installed a electricity pole, in my land, last week without my permission, illegally.

I have registered a official with wbpdcl & the complaint received copy is attached hereby.
My consumer id[protected]

There has been no action for the last few days, only empty promises and doing nothing. So kindly expedite immediate action & requesting you to look into this matter with utmost urgency.
