West Bengal State Electricity Distribution Company [WBSEDCL] — incorrect electric bill

I am not staying at my home for a long time and not used the electricity but all of a sudden i got a bill of rs 1250. Last time i had to give the basic fee of rs 80 but why suddenly i am been given a bill amount of 1250??? Is that a joke??? I have to pay for a service which i m not using???
Consumer id[protected], invoice no[protected]. Name - gour ch das.
Please waive off my bill amount and i m ready to pay the basic charge.
