Hello sir i am suvojit sarkar.. An i am reanted a flat at kolkata salt lake sec 1 bidhan nagar.. I do a night shift job 8 pm to 6 am.. Only i use my electric 6 am to 8 pm.. I have a two olds windows a. C 4 fan 1 165lets refrigerator.. Pviusly i paid 3 months total bill 31000 rs.. And now i have a bill amount of 52000 rs.. How can it's possible..
