Hi, This is really unfortunate that I am not getting any response, co-operation on the issues of current bill amount of Rs.22, 000.00 for Aug/Sept/Oct, which is absolutely wrong. Generally - bill comes between Rs. 7000 to 8000 for 3 months. I am following –up with Bally WBSEDCL office, customer care, have done docket twice in last 3 months with no luck / no response. Please do investigate on this matter and help to resolve this issue at the earliest.
