West Bengal State Electricity Distribution Company [WBSEDCL] — low voltage for 2 days

I am resident of chhaygharia, bongaon, north 24 pgs. My cosumer id is[protected]. We are suffering for low voltage from 2 days in my area. I have done already two complains in your toll free number which is written in electric bill. They send me two doc no. For low voltage we can not run our motor, frize etc. So we are going through the water crisis. There is a heart patient in my house. So we are suffering lot of problems.
