Consumer id[protected] Meter no - l4213337 I have lodged a complain against high bill for my shop to my near electricity office on 26th feb 2019. Previously also i have made a complaint on 11th june 2016 but still i got no Response from your team. The person who checks meter reading dont come to check my meter of My shop and reported that my door is closed to the electricity station master. Now i am Getting abnormally high bill. My meter connection is also stopped previously but eletricity Is there. What type of service is this? And why they are not sending people to check my Meter. How my issue will get resolved? Please do the needful as soon as possible as i have Made the complain many years back how much time i have to wait for the resolution to take Place. And to whom whom i have to make this complain? I have check with the station manager but he is not helping me. I cant pay rs.46000 as this is not my fault. The person dont come to check my meter reading. I am not getting any text or sms for Meter reading check. Please check as soon as possible as an urgent basis and revert. Was this information helpful? | |||
