Today i went to wbsedcl office "halisahar, kanchrapara, west bengal 743134" regarding some query on new a/c connection.
When i asked that i have some query regarding new a/c connection then she told me that you have to collect 5.00 rs token then we will answer all of your question!! Without that she don't even talk to me, with very rude attitude.
Did the same and get back to her but this time she give me one from and when i asked i don't need that form, i am here to know more about the process of new a/c connection, she told me very arrogantly that she don't know. And now i don't know what to do with this form.
