My consumer id is[protected], but my name exist as soraj kumar instead of saroj kumar, i have already submitted a offline complain with complain no. 1193 dated 30.03.2019 along with a supporting document (Aadhar card) but still my name has been corrected, hence you are requested to rectify my name as saroj kumar (Sight verification done by the wbsedcl authority).

Even on continuous complaint the power cut in our area is unattended.
Even the customer care is unaffected by this. In such a weather. Infants are getting sick. Who will take responsibility of that.
