My name is Gopal Chandra Koley, Consumer Id:[protected]. On 2nd April there was a power cut from 12 noon at my locality. I had lodged a complaint to the customer care at 7:15 p.m. with docket No: 45874364. After repeated calling the technicians came at midnight and repaired the line, but the power cut at my home was not solved. The customer care service provider never showed minimum responsibility to ask me, whether the problem was solved or not. The next whole day I have called several times to the customer care, but every time they told me, “The problem is resolved”. Always they are misbehaving and talking rudely and hang up the calls. The local service provider never picks up the calls. Since 48 hours there is no power at my home.
So, can you tell me what should I do now? If the problem is not solved within 10 hours, starting from now, I will go the consumer court.
