West Bengal State Electricity Distribution Company [WBSEDCL] — non schedule power cut on regular basis

Dear sir,
It is being observed since couple of days we are facing abnormal non schedule power cut through out the Day even night also. We are unable to understand the reason behind that. Customer care had given the no to contact[protected], but sorry to say that no body is lifting the phone even though ring is going on.
Please resolve the issue permanently so that we can get the quality power without any trouble.
Please confirm the action you are going to take.
