Hello sir,

I am tapan samanta, this the 3rd time i am writing this mail, my consumer i'd[protected] and register mobile no is [protected]. Due to some reason i want to extend the load, but when ever i loggedin in the consumer portal in wbsedcl, it shows "no portal roles are assigned for this user".
I have attached the screen shot, please find the attachment.

I request to you kindly do the needfull to resolve the issue. So that i can extend the load.
