West Bengal State Electricity Distribution Company [WBSEDCL] — regarding powercut complaint booking | |
my consumer id is[protected]. we are experiencing a powercut since morning today (21/06/2014) 10.00 am. till I am witing this complaint no resumption of power. My point is I have made almost two hours trial to call to get connected to the Burdwan zonal custom care to know about the status of power resumption. It remaind all in vain. After a several time failure I got connected to one person who seemed to be very annoyed to get connected and disconnected immediately. This way I called five different personnel to the call center and finally one lady gave me a complaint number. After I got some number it's almost one hour: no power, no response. What a terrible service from the operators ! I failed to connect the local Mallarpur ES - which became unanswered for several trial. I think the customer care service of the the WBSEDCL for birbhum district should be improved - at least they should respond once the line is connected. Moreover the telephone of Mallarpur ES should be attended by some person so that we can get immediate service about power failure. The staff sitting in the Burdwan zonal custome care center are very impolite and rude to talk to. Thanking you.
