I have lodged a complaint against my defective meter on 05/01/2018, but since today it is more than one month no steps have been taken to look after thos issue, this is not my single problem we arr dealing there are many more people suffering from this delay, we have to give the unnecessary bill of last year as per the rules, is this any kind of joke without using the current day electricity you are charging what we have used earlier this is not justified. Whenever i go to the wbsedcl office they say that we dont have new meters you have to wait, they dont tell that how much we have to wait, is this the service you are providing to us. This is very hight time now and i am urging to you as please make suitable arrangements and take some measures to correct it soon.
