I went to submit an application today to Divisional Manager, Serampore regarding my meter being tampered by station Manager. My 3 phase meter 440 line is replaced with 1 phase meter 220 line by the station manager without any notice due to which my water purifier SMPS was damaged and my all the AC's are not working at the same time.
The Divisional Manager did not received my application and behaved rudely to me and my father. He constantly shouted on us saying to address him as SIR instead of his first name. He also told me that he wont accept even after the MLA approves my letter. I could not tolerate his behavior and left the place.
Now I want your support to take action on his rude behavior and my meter that is tampered by the station manager should be restored as per the record of my consumer id. Was this information helpful? |
