Sir,
I am a consumer of electrical energy with consumer no.[protected] under WBSEDCL (previously DPL). My meter stopped providing reading since Nov, 2018.
Inspite of applying them in written twice on 24/12/18 and again 16/04/19, no action yet to be taken.
Each time it took two to three days to lodge the complain, and the Staffs of both DPL and SEDCL are very rude and ignorant. They are always busy with the private agencies ( thikadar).
All these months I am paying an average bill of Rs 700/-, but now my consumption is much much less than that's.
Please sir help me out of this situation.
