Dear sir
This is for favour of your kind information that during last summer 2018 from today 2019 we are facing troublesome low voltage through out all day for which the electrical appliances are going to be damaged very shortly and extreme hot weather we are suffering a lot for this. This is because o[censored]nauthorized use of ac, hook lines etc.
So we requested to take necessary action immediately and obliged. This is most urgent please.
