My consumer id user name is[protected]. We are residing in tantipara area near dankuni nearest landmark sunray high school. It is very difficult for us to reside in my home specially during summer because of the irregular voltage supply, fans hardly move. It's been a while now but still we are having single phase connection and all our surroundings are suffering because of this. I can not install a. C because the voltage won't be able to take the load. We are suffering alot but there is no improvement as such. We require a permanent solution for this. There are also reports of electric theft and all and probable because of this the supply is at its mighty down.
I have already raised 2 complaints docket: 16796855, 16796950 in this regard. Kindly help with our grievances at the earliest.
