West Bengal State Electricity Distribution Company [WBSEDCL] — your website for online payment of bill is not working properly.

I am a registered consumer (Consumer no.[protected] and i used to pay bill online (Through net banking). This time i am trying to make the payment since 26th instant. But unfortunately i could not reach the second step. I am a senior citizen and can't go to the office to stand in a long line. If i do not use the "online payment" procedure, i will the benefit of it. Please solve the problem as soon as possible and oblige.
