West Haryana Highway Projects Pvt Ltd (Rohad Toll Plaza) — mismanagement and waiting time

There is too much wait time at rohad toll plaza. Everytime i go, i have to wait for atleast 10-15 minutes. Everything is flocked.
Apart from this, it is highly mismanaged, most of the times 2-3 booths are not working or they just stop at the entry point and ask to divert.
What is the point paying if we have to wait for so long on a highway. It is really irritating as everyone tries to get in line when diverted.
Why doesn't the company keeps all booths operational. Even fast tag lane should have a person in booth n non fast tag should be allowed in that lane and toll to be charged.
