West Haryana Highway Projects Pvt Ltd (Rohad Toll Plaza) — unauthorized charges

Dear team,

The fee for return jouney at rohad toll plaza, sampla, haryana is valid for 24 hours. If we take the toll receipt by paying two side journey i. E rs 85 for car than we can travel multiple times within 24 hours.

But the same rule is not applied to fasttag, i am using icicci fast tag services and if i travel 3 times in 24 hours time period and than i have to pay rs 85 plus rs 60 for single jouney.. The total amount paid is rs 145...

I complained the issue to icicci customer portal for the unauthorized deductions but they blamed the toll plaza for the deductions.

When i discuused the issue with toll plaza manager he was also helpless to provide any assistance.

I dont know to whom i should approach to get my money back... Consumer court is the last option...
