Western Club — delivery of the product not received but the amount has been deducted

I had ordered 1 dress for rs.485 and haven't received as it was said that the delivery will be within 10-12days. As i ordered on 20-1-19 & waited till 1-2-19 i tried calling to the customer care too but there was no response from there side. I ever sent mail but there was no reply by there team. It's completely a fake website..
Wat do i do to get my money refunded.
