Hello i purchased a dress from western club after seeing an ad on my facebook page. I got confirmation too from them, after i did online payment. I got suspicious when only sms confirmation came and not any mail came. I tried calling there number provided by them and realised i have been royally duped. The ad on facebook was very impressive.
I have lost hopes for any dress or my money back from such fraudsters. Please help me get...

Its been almost a month that i ordered a frock and billed almost of rs.338.
No tracking details were send. They disnt provide any such site or so. But as paid online through razorpay was able to get tjeir website and when i am going on the site the mail id they provided and phone no. They dont answer only!
I want my refund. Asap.
Westernclub is a fraud company....

I had ordered a product top western club cost inh 312 rup. Only prepade option is there and after placing the order they replied me with mail &told that product will be delivered by with in 10-13 day. But now their phone no is not available. I tried calling many times no reply for mail. It's fraud site please take action this site. My order code is 57603...

I had ordered a dress worth rs. 480 on 20 jan 2019. Only prepaid option is available there. I got an email about the payment confirmation and my order no. #51905. But i didn't get my order till now and also, there is no response when i inquire about the same.
This is a fraud site. I want to get my refund. Please provide me my money back and take strict action against this site....

I ordered 1 kurti from western club site.
Payment given by online. I got msg con the site, your order is received successfully. Your order no. Is68304. You will receive your order in within 10 to 13 days.
After this no sms, mail or call from this fake site. No site at google after this order, but before order site will open at google, why??
Facebook n google show fake sites, why??
Who will responsible for this...

I am purchasing 26 jan -19 one women dress 398 rupees payment through by credit card. Order number is 67731. I have received company sms your order delivery date within 13 days.
So today 15 feb -19 already pass 20 days
But can't any communication and no this western club website.

So pls update this matter.
Other wise i have complain and action to my side, i am already high court lawyer.

I had booked a kurti on western club on 24th january and payment was done by net banking. The payment was successful and they said that product will be delivered within 10 days. But till date i have not received the product that is kurti. Western club is ahmedabad based online shopping center. Kindly look into the matter and tell them to send me the product which is kurti or refund me the money i have paid....

Please provide product as soon as possible it got delayed i was ordered long back 25thjan 2019 otherwise please refund the my money. This is not way to earn money. Please give back amount or else deliver the product within two days. I will proceed further otherwise going forward customer also facing this problems right. Please understand send back the product.

I made online purchase on 23 january 2019 of clothes worth rs 398 by paying online. I received an email and sms confirmation immediately that i will get them delivered in 12-13 days. I have not yet received the delivery and now all the numbers are switched of or unavailable. The emails are also not replied.
The company is still selling the goods on the website westernclub.in and taking online orders and payments. Hopefully this complaint...

I had ordered 1 dress for rs.485 and haven't received as it was said that the delivery will be within 10-12days. As i ordered on 20-1-19 & waited till 1-2-19 i tried calling to the customer care too but there was no response from there side. I ever sent mail but there was no reply by there team.
