And about the holiday we have confirmed it please pay the amc so we can provide you the confirmation voucher . I have purchased the similar membership, but now can see that their are many deviations between the promises they made before purchasing the service like, free rides, monthly events etc.
Also, the website is not working, no customer care number(it is also not working).
I am planning for Kerala trip next week, booked the tickets but still no confirmation from WH on hotel booking.
I doubt that my money is wasted, and worried about the trip.
Only one person is there who is attending the calls and all, no proper customer support.
Have to follow up with the same person on calls/emails etc.
Too bad.

Its more than 45 days of payment, still we are waiting for membership card. They promised that they will give passes for events and dinners every month but everything false. They have just cheated us.
My name is Arshad Salmani, just 2 months back shifted to Pune one day suddenly I got a call from unknown number saying you are the lucky customer we want to give you some gifts come to our office and they took my 2.5 hours.
I have paid 5K and remaining amount I supposed to pay within a week but due to financial problem I can not make it. After few days I asked for the refund of my 5K but they are not refunding my amount. every company should have cancellation policy but here once you paid forget the amount if you want ot canel your membership then you won't get a single rupee. many o[censored]s lost our money without using the services.

I am facing same experience now. I took membership 4 weeks and paid 1, 10, 000/-. Not sure what to do.
