I have paid 55 thousand on dated 7th jan 17 for western holiday's membership. Western team (Name - manoj) gave guarantee to gives no processing charge & zero % emi interest. Emi interest amount will be refund. But after multiple follow ups over mail & on call, this amount i didn't receive yet.

Now almost 2 years passed i didn't get any event passes (New year/birth day/ anniversary) which western had committed at 1st time. I have called several times to their office but no one is responding, all of their numbers are not reachable.

I am seriously not happy with the service and anything about western. Please help me to get my money back.

As told to us we will get our membership card within 45 days of payment made. Its already more than 45 days but still i have not received any thing from their end.

Secondly, we requested them to book hotel for us for us well in advance. We have not got confirmation yet, its been 15 days i am following them. Every time i remind them they are just giving us reply "kindly cooperate."

I doubt its a genuine company. Because no genuine company harasse their customers customers like this.

They tell so many things till they receive money in their account. Once they get money you are nothing to them. They are noy bothered for your services.

We have signed the membership with Western Holiday Club Pvt. Ltd. Pune and they have promised many enrollment like health club, summer camp but noting happen so far, I have done many follow up but there is no proper response from them and many time customer service phone but no response. I also plan for vacation but they have not yet book my hotel....
