20-25 days went i have ordered a sweatshirt INR199 + SHIPPING 25 i have got there e mail for confirmation of my order but later they did not confirmed my shipping or delivered product nor they refunding my money, i have contacted them on several emails, whatsapp, instagram etc but they don't even reply me...
a strict action should be taken against them

I had ordered a product 25 days earlier and I have got confirmation email about order that order is being processed and since than till now my order has not been delivered nor money refunded. I mean how can you do this to your customers.
I had ordered T shirts on 9th march through online payment but not received the products till date.I got a tracking ID for shadowfax on 12th march.Kindly resolve the issue at the earliest or refund the money.
