Whatsapp — whatsapp banned my account and no reply from them for asking reason.

Good morning.
Myself rakshan raaj, my whatsapp number is [protected], whatsapp has banned my account on 20th august 2019 without any intimation. I dont even know the reason of banning me. A consumer has right to know why he is being banned. I have dropped them so many mails from past 13 days. No reply from them. Since im chartered accountant i have so many time barring & valuable data's in whatsapp. I even have more important conversations for my future reference. If i dont get those data's i will be in huge loss as well as will in trouble. I have been requesting & begging whatsapp team through mail to unban me. I even apologized them if any case caused them violation without my knowledge, still no reply from them. I feel like an harassment sir. Kindly help me out with this to come out from the issue. I really in need of whatsapp data and conversation since this is the only permanent number i have been using past 8 years. I feel like im able to make you understand my concern. Kindly take this as a priority sir. Have come here with big hope. Thank you in advance.
