My first EMI was due on 08 Feb 2021 and accordingly i have paid in advance 04 Feb 2021 and informed them by email and tollfree that due to the concern bank hold my accounts for kyc reason i have already paid.
but still i found out that they have debited EMI Bounce Charges to my accounts whereas already paid in advance
Also, spoken their customer service team and their team are very unprofessional to handle issue and when request for anything they are not providing or just delaying for nothing beside huge charges and very high interest Was this information helpful? |
