Looting customer: worst service
I m done with my loan still these guys are not ready to provide me my NOC. I spoke to one executive earlier and she asked me to make upi payment manually entering amount. I have already paid my emi, why do I have to pay this now? N why was I not informed about this earlier? I spoke with another guy prabhas today and asked for details. He also said the same thing that my payment is due and hence they have not released my NOC. I was not informed about any such charges before and on my request he is now generating a bill. And also he say once I make this paymnet the docs will be dispatched after a week. That means it would take 10 more days to get th docs. I dont trust these guys.. they never told me about my dues and now they are asking me to make upi payment I god knows what account.
Being in service industry it's their duty to inform customer about there is any due by client and these should all be thoughts official emails.
I asked prabhas to give the call to manager. He says manager is busy on another call. 18 min and the manager is still busy?? Was he a manager or customer support agent. And obviously he cannot share his name as he was a very private officer who can share his name only if he attends the call. And when I asked his name again the agent say. I would have to disconnect call as you are aking the same thing again. Why not, if you cannot answer any of my que nor are ready to provide solution They do mistake and then are not ready to provide solution. Wants us to suffer.

Wheels EMI service is very poor very and very high rate interest 17% I have taken 99000 rupees only and total loan payment is[protected] interest I got Only 93000 in hand when I have reach the branch to settled full amount after 10 month his asking to pay 83926 after paying 10 months EMI of[protected] interest rate till date I have asked the branch manager what is this his tell me this a interest rate of Lessing 30k of interest...

Since the beginning there is no qualified team with WheelsEMI to understand the customer problem.

i have already changed my EMI NACH Bank from DBS to SBI but still they are continuining sending to SBI
Also, i always paid EMI well in Advance and informed them accordingly to hold EMI but they always fail to stop and sent to wrong bank
i m upset with this stupidity every month repeating but nobody there to understand worst service and financial company

My first EMI was due on 08 Feb 2021 and accordingly i have paid in advance 04 Feb 2021 and informed them by email and tollfree that due to the concern bank hold my accounts for kyc reason i have already paid.
but still i found out that they have debited EMI Bounce Charges to my accounts whereas already paid in advance
Also, spoken their customer service team and their team are very unprofessional to handle issue and when request for anything they are not providing or just delaying for nothing beside huge charges and very high interest

I have not applied any loans at your company but EMI debited September and October-20 months. Why are you debit in account. Please check and stop EMI on urgent basis.
