Whirlpoolindia — service overcharged

Sir I have requested am veeraraghavan mobile no [protected] have requested for service of whirlpool refrigerator on[protected].
On[protected] service engineer has visited my home at 6.00pm and completed at 8.50 pm.

He has got all guidance from his office for servicing. He is not sure about what is the fault.

Further he had replaced the following
as per service report

Item. Amount inclusive of gst
Olb relay. 950
Bio metal. 450
Thermal fuse 850
Fan motor 2850

Whirlpool fan motor mrp is 675 but has been charged as 2850
The above items are replaced without information of cost
I have attached photo of service report and box which contained fan motor

Please send professionally equipped service engineers for service.

Before replacing please instruct service engineer to inform complete details including cost of replacement and repair.
At that night in a household we may not be in position to pay the amount. Please realise that if senior citizen customer is a complaintant then at night 9.00 pm how they can pay the amount?

I have paid 5570 in which I have paid 2250 higher than mrp
Awaiting your fast reply and action.
