Wias — claim not settled by wias | |||
On 16/12/2017 i perched a cell phone in relinace retail ltd digital shop (Redmi Y1) The salesman forced to me take insurance and resq care plan but i am not interested. Then the salesman say any problems means i take care sir and one time he forces to take that and pay 1123 + 1500 total amount 2623 i pay it after five months i have problems in my phone and go to relinace digital shop the same salesman says sir contact the WIAS they help you ok i call them and then she says sir you want to pay than you go claim it sir ok please repair it first after it will be reverse but some parts are not available in the service centre and pass two to four months but when i talked again wias customer care they told your claim goes to total loss so your original mobile and bill and required docs sent to my registered add.
