Wifinitive Corporation — is this fraud company??

Dear sir, This is to inform you that i started working in wifinative corporation. They send me an agreement copy, where it is mentioned if i failed to complete the specified tasks within specified duration or below 91.66 % acuracy i shall have to pay penal charges of rs 4500 as per their legal notice intimation. They send me 1200 forms which i have to complete in 12 days, they have told me the cutoff is 1100 forms should be correct. If more than 100 forms are incorrect then i have to pay registration fee 4500 rs.. I have submitted my workload in 12 days and they have given me qc report after 3 days in which my 200 forms are incorrect becoz of minor mistakes and now they are saying that i have to pay registration fees 4500 in 2 days, otherwise they take legal action. Hi all, plz beware of this fraud company, they gave me a task to fill 1200 forms in 12 days, despite of my hardwork, and instead of giving me my payment, their advocate mailed me that i have to pay them 4500+18%gst=5310.
their agreement did't said that i have to gst. it was mentioned nowhere.
kindly suggest me what to do.

If they are including GST in the penalty ask for Invoice with GST no. Its very simple. By using GST no also people can identify weather its valid company or cheating one.

If its a cheating company they will not provide the GST invoice, else they will provide the Invoice.
