Illegal harassment
Dear Sir/Mam
I am writing with reference to the subject matter. I did the data entry work in November 2017 from Wifinitive corporation Surat, India via online mode, but rather to paid the amount for my labour they are asking me to pay the penalty.
I did the complaint in 2018 to Cyber cell in Jabalpur, where at that time the current officer took the action and found that company is fraud one and then he freezed their account, thereafter they apologized and requested to unfreeze the account and the matter was closed.
But again in February 2021, there one of the fraud advocate Mr Arvind Desai ([protected]) is mentally harrassing me to fulfill the bluff amount to them.
Therefore, you are kindly requested to take the strict action against such companies who are doing forgery and bluffing the customers in India and abroad.

asking money 7500
Hey, i am varun jain. Wifinitive corporation company member called me and said do the job of form filling work in our organisation and you can earn upto 25000 to 30000 upto certain time and the last date of form filling was 13th june. But due to some reasons work was not completed at time limit. Today company member called me and said you have to pay 7580 rupees because work is not completed at time if i will not pay they will send me legal notice. But its totally fraud because in agreement penalty charge was 4500 rs and they asking 7580 rs. Please help me what should i do.

Aj mujhe advocate minhaz patel ka call aya tumhe penlty 4800 bharna hoga nahi to apke khilaf case darj ho jaega. Please dont pay any single amout or do their work they dont have balls to pay for ur work just they threaten you for 4500 payment its total fake, i was one their victim but as i got legal notice from their side i showned to my wakeel as soon as he read he laughed at me and told its total fake aggrement and fake legal notice as their is no india government notary done with stamp and seal it itself is fake, just remember any aggrement is valid only when name of 1st party and 2nd party will be notrised in 100rs stamp paper otherwise entire aggrement is not called valid and here though these fraudants threatnen you by telling "bring your wakeel to surat court" they dont have balls to step inside court. So dont get pank and dont pay anything for any assistance call me anytime [protected].

(You already receive legal notice in your current address so as per notice come in surat court with your advocate and face the court process.

hello, my name is ayush... i have also stuck in this fraud...company name is Inospire from surat. They given me 1000 form filing work that i have completed on time but they issued a failed report and after one week i.e. today, their legal consultant named AMIT BHARADWAJ ([protected]) called me and asking for money 14000 (including penalty and court fee) and he also told that if i do not pay the money till 4 pm then he will file a case in court and issue a legal notice on me. Then at 3:20 pm i have received a mail from [protected]@gmail.com asking Rs 6800 using legal languages and attached pdf file on the letter pad of advocate Minhaz M. Patel ([protected]) (attached here). Please help me what i do, I am feeling very stressed???

I was searching for a an online job through i will get some money to support my study. I worked with wifinitive corporation. I filled 1200 forms as per their instruction. And i done that work within the time limit and atmost accuracy. But now they are rejected my work and forcing me to pay 4500 rupees as compensation. At the time of entering into the work that company made a fake agreement and scanned copy of my aadhar card is also with them. Now they are threatening me to pay the compensation money. Why i need to pay that. I done my work. I spent 150 hours in that work.in that working period i was not able to study and without proper food and sleep i finished the work and lots of pressure. I don't have money to even continue my studies, then how can i pay the amount. They are fake. Please help me.

This is about wifinitive corporation..
They asked me to pay the money before the submission day... And the as per the agreement it is stated that if you are fail to submmit the work on the submission day... You will get a 12 days chance after the day of submission to pay the registration amount which is rs 4500
But they are asking for the amount before the submission day.. And sending me legall notifactions..

I have joined this company online for online work recently company send their agreement and company have mention on agreement that i will not submit work on 12 days so i will have to pay 4500 rs and i cant understand what kind of work they are providing me because company location is surat gujrat and form is english nri and i did google so i see that is a fraud company and they did not provide any payment proof every people are saying that is a fraud company please i am working in private company and i joined this company only for extra earning but they are fraud i need help and i want to know about this company this is true or really fraud...

I was eagerly searching to do a on line job as i am not fit financially... I saw an advertisement of this company and just mailed like i want to join that... People going on calling me and and they said about payment and all and i am asking continuously that what if i want to quit the job... They said u can quit as u wish and all is just u have to reply that i am unable to work after seeing their work.. My brain trembled... And so i replied i am unable to work after 10 days they are calling and saying that u have to pay penalty of 4500 rupees if not u have to come to supreme court and all... Please punish them and some one help me... R they really sending me to court

This is to inform you that i started working in wifinative corporation. They send me an agreement copy, where it is mentioned if i failed to complete the specified tasks within specified duration or below 91.66 % acuracy i shall have to pay penal charges of rs 4500 as per their legal notice intimation.
They send me 1200 forms which i have to complete in 12 days, they have told me the cutoff is 1100 forms should be correct. If more than 100 forms are incorrect then i have to pay registration fee 4500 rs.. I have submitted my workload in 12 days and they have given me qc report after 3 days in which my 200 forms are incorrect becoz of minor mistakes and now they are saying that i have to pay registration fees 4500 in 2 days, otherwise they take legal action.
Plz tell me what should i do..

Hi all, plz beware of this fraud company, they gave me a task to fill 1200 forms in 12 days, despite of my hardwork, and instead of giving me my payment, their advocate mailed me that i have to pay them 4500+18%gst=5310.

If they are including GST in the penalty ask for Invoice with GST no. Its very simple. By using GST no also people can identify weather its valid company or cheating one.
If its a cheating company they will not provide the GST invoice, else they will provide the Invoice.

I rejst my self on 10 oct 17 after getting a call from nidhi patel. I shared my adhar card with them to ful fill the req. After dat they shared id and password. I was not aware how to do work i sent several email at same id from where i receiving an emails but dint get reply calls were not ans. I dint open there link after seeing the review which saying these people are fake. Wifinitive corporation is fake company. At the same addresd many other comp are regst too. I dint open it because i afraid dey can hack my data too. Now from 8th nov i am receiving a msj (Mr/ms. Paramjeet kaur. Your case lgl i'd : 5000398 is going for legal proceedings. Kindly call for [protected] details. Thank you.) when i called on this numb. Mr. Amit said to paytm 7300 rs else it will get double if notice issue. You will either need to pay between 15000 rs to 50k or you have come at surat civil court. Today i again recd a msj (Your court notice has been issued you have been ordered to be presented surat civil court on 21st november. Call on [protected] for details. Thank you.). This person amit continuesly calling me when i spoke to him after seeing msj he threatns me as well.
I req you to please suggest something to get rid of this kind of cyber crime.
Mean while i have all the email proofs which i have sent them. On the basis of that i suppose to file fir against them under charges 420 and threatning a women.
Please let me know what else i can do against theae bloody # fake cheap beggars. People trusting on them because dey want to be financially independent but these kind of poeple broken our trust. They dont even no how other person is surviving but dey pull them against fake cases and ask money.

Let us talk professionally. We inform you that as per the agreement company has the outstanding payment to be collected from your side. Now for simple 3700/- rs, we at the legal department take the call to inform you before the legal procedure. If you still dont want to pay the decision is yours, We are not coming to your place to ask money . If you are your friend or relative dont want to pay its completely your personal call and responsibility,
Now taking it legally we have 3 options
1) As per the contract it is in Surat Judicatory
2) Arbitration would be appointed and you will be send legal notice to present in front for the same.
3) Entire expense would be bared by your side if company wins.
We will provide the document / your acceptance letter & Call recording which was done and it stays clearly that you will have to pay if you dont quality.
So then the entire cost would be quite high so we personally inform you to settle it and get the NOC from company.

Wifinitive Corporation is doing this only for the sake of money. Really if you have the genuine typing work or if you want the work with accuracy you won't restrict us with the time constraint.
I have asked you to give me at least one day extra. Really if you want the work with accuracy you would have given me one day extra by making some adjustments to the agreement. But you haven't given me extra day. Then what does it mean, you are giving more importance to the agreement than to the work. By this we can understand that you are doing only for the sake of money. This evidence is enough to prove that you are doing it for the sake of money and basing on this point this agreement can be cancelled.
And also completing 1200 forms in 12 days with accuracy is impossible. And you are making a legal agreement on an impossible event. Then this agreement can be also be canceled even on this basis also according to Indian contract act at 1872.

Me., started working in wifinitive corporation.. The work slot for me was to fill 1200 forms in 12 days... Per page they will pay.. 25 rupees.. And in last they ll take 4500 as their registation/maintenance fees... If we don't complete the work in time... We should also repay the company their fees.. Which is written in their agreement... I could not complete the work in time. So they told me to pay the penalty... 4500 penalty + 810 gst + 1500 money to withdraw case = 6810 rupees total... I repayed them.. The payment proof is below.. Pls do check..... And again i got work from the company... Started working in it.. And submitted before the given date. It went for the qc report... The report result is "you are failed" now i should pay 4500 + 810 gst = 5310... If i don't pay legal action will be taken they informed me... Before submitting my work to the company... I again and again rechecked my forms.. And sent to another qc department for checking... I got more than 95 % accuracy report.... And then i submitted the work to the wifinitive corporation... But they say me ur accuracy (Correct forms) is less than 91 %.. They are lying.. I think they change correct forms into wrong to loot money from us.. They never pay money of correct forms too... Time + internet data usage + health is wasted... This company is fake fake fake. Please i request all the people not to do this work as they are looting money of innocent people... Government should take legal action against wifinitive corporation

Forms can change very easily, as people are getting only pdf doc which they have typed, but it doesn't have any original data. How ever not sure company also puling proper valid QC report. By using this point vendor also can log the file the legal case.

If they are including GST in the penalty ask for Invoice with GST no. Its very simple. By using GST no also people can identify weather its valid company or cheating one.
If its a cheating company they will not provide the GST invoice, else they will provide the Invoice.

hello, my name is ayush... i have also stuck in this fraud...company name is Inospire from surat. They given me 1000 form filing work that i have completed on time but they issued a failed report and after one week i.e. today, their legal consultant named AMIT BHARADWAJ ([protected]) called me and asking for money 14000 (including penalty and court fee) and he also told that if i do not pay the money till 4 pm then he will file a case in court and issue a legal notice on me. GST is now a reality in India. Still there are confusions among both customers and traders. Few are utilizing this loop hole and making profit by cheating customers in the name of GST. We can restrict this to an extend by ensuring the following checks are done.

If a service provider/dealer is levying GST, then invoice must have GSTIN on it. GSTIN is a 15 digit unique ID for businesses registered under GST. GSTIN has a prescribe format, where first 2 digits represent the state code. For the sake of awareness, remember the state code for your state at least.State code link

And when i searched the company on google then there is another company registered at the same address or the company is not found on google. They gave me their company registered form in gujrati and when i told to give me either in english or hindi they refuse to it. I too asked them for payment proof but they denied it too. I kindly request you to help me in this matter and let me know if the company exist or not?

As per the terms of the contract the work had been given as on credit and you need to pay the amount to the company as per the term and conditions which has been accepted in Agreement as well as call verification.

This legal id is itself fake and this company is run by four poor chaps of Gujrat who don't have any skills to earn money so they send out fake legal notices to innocent college boys and girls to harass them and earn what ever they can to earn their living. I donate 1 rupees everyday to these people so that they don't die due to hunger and especially in the winter season. No need to pay them any amount other then 1 rupees. Wifinitive corporation (present name of this company) is too fraud. In starting time it acts very politely and frankly after sometime it's executive come in attitude and helpline executive don't receive calls, talk rudely, disconnect calls to saying how many times you call me etc.. they don't answer clearly.one day I received a call to Miss Tanvi Patel (mob no. [protected])from wifinitive corporation Surat Gujarat. After 2-3 days I have also joined it on 31/10/2017. Next day on 01/11/2017 I asked to send company address I call again 4-5 times. next day calling 5-6 time then evening time she send me company address (AB 98 ground floor Nanpura Surat, Gujrat, 395001). I searched it on google instead of it I found another company on same address. Next day they created some problems and changed some points. In demo told me to type same as but to type 540 forms during it page no. 464 seemed blank by help executive it filled different type.After that I asked today to send me payment proof and company registration no. to miss tanvi patel. She be silent me. At this time I am calling her but not receive calls. I have all call records.

I guess you have not read the terms and condition in the agreement that you need to complete workload of 1800 form after that you will get QC report . I am an advocate by seeing many of the complaint reviews. Posting below comments.
First of all forgot about weather its a fake company or not. I seen one of the agreement copy they have mentioned that this agreement is valid for 20 days from the date of the work. that means this agreement will not be in effect after 20 days. This is one very important point.
Another point which is applicable to both company and the vendor. If vendor success completing the job how they will pay the money they haven't mentioned.
One more point we can the Invoice copy including company GST no before paying the amount.
They are many more points which are not legalised format in the agreement. Any vendor can proceed with legally company will be in screwed up.

not giving any money, i didnt do any mistake in forms but qc report if fail, if you see you can see that your companies qc report is itself wrong.it wrongly marked.

Tomorrow will raise the cheating compliant as well under section 406 and 420 of IPC in commissioner office.
Its 100% fake corporation. So called Legal adviser Rahul unable to take my call and talk. I will not leave this company, this company cheating so many people. My humble suggestion please don't pay any money to them. Any help come to me, as i already logged the compliant against the corporation.

Wifinitive Corporation is doing this only for the sake of money. Really if you have the genuine typing work or if you want the work with accuracy you won't restrict us with the time constraint.
I have asked you to give me at least one day extra. Really if you want the work with accuracy you would have given me one day extra by making some adjustments to the agreement. But you haven't given me extra day. Then what does it mean, you are giving more importance to the agreement than to the work. By this we can understand that you are doing only for the sake of money. This evidence is enough to prove that you are doing it for the sake of money and basing on this point this agreement can be cancelled.
And also completing 1200 forms in 12 days with accuracy is impossible. And you are making a legal agreement on an impossible event. Then this agreement can be canceled even on this basis also according to Indian contract act at 1872.

My brother also started working for this company. After 10 days i checked on internet that this is a fake company. I asked him to stop. After 20 days they started sending emails regarding case court and all and asking for money. They also advised to settle outside court. I asked him to don, t reply. Even when my brother asked them for their address and other details. They denied by saying you can google out task4ff.com. after reading all of these comments i advised him to do not pay anything to them.
