today i received a call from [protected] Name:- Druv from Wifinitive Corporation .he told the entire script-1200 forms to be filled in 12days and each form gives you rs25. 30000 for one project out of which 4500 will be deducted as fees. Remaining amount will be given only after QC report is taken and if more than 100forms found incorrect they will cancel the payment and in return charge us 4500 for the errors. when i asked the payment proof and address he sent fake address and he denied to give the payment proof. Total fraud jus fooling people in name of online jobs.dont pay any money.Please help me fight against this company.

This legal id is itself fake and this company is run by four poor chaps of Gujrat who don't have any skills to earn money so they send out fake legal notices to innocent college boys and girls to harass them and earn what ever they can to earn their living. I donate 1 rupees everyday to these people so that they don't die due to hunger and especially in the winter season. No need to pay them any amount other then 1 rupees. Verified the legal documents with my advocate no need worry or panic. My suggestion is don't pay any amount to them. I have given my work to expert type writers as they are working since 10+ years in type writing. Still QC report got fail, how came this will happen. What ever PDF we will get will have only typed data, it doesn't have actual data. While pulling QC report they are changing the data showing as fail. Then started threatening the people. I have very good advocate any one seeking help on this we can discuses. But don't pay any money to them. Its not a legal one.

guys i wanna say one thing for clear. We can apporach court i[censored]njustice happened. We can write agreements under legal guidelines.for example we can write a will for our own property not of others. like wise how a person giving such a handfull of work which we cannnot complete (almost a super human can only complete) is threatening us for money. How legal it is just think once. If we can prove its a much hard work which cannot be completed the case will be dismissed so dont worry.

I am an advocate by seeing many of the complaint reviews. Posting below comments.
First of all forgot about weather its a fake company or not. I seen one of the agreement copy they have mentioned that this agreement is valid for 20 days from the date of the work. that means this agreement will not be in effect after 20 days. This is one very important point.
Another point which is applicable to both company and the vendor. If vendor success completing the job how they will pay the MONEY they haven't mentioned.
One more point we can the Invoice copy including company GST no before paying the amount.
They are many more points which are not legalised format in the agreement. Any vendor can proceed with legally company will be in screwed up.

Wifinitive Corporation is doing this only for the sake of money. Really if you have the genuine typing work or if you want the work with accuracy you won't restrict us with the time constraint.
I have asked you to give me at least one day extra. Really if you want the work with accuracy you would have given me one day extra by making some adjustments to the agreement. But you haven't given me extra day. Then what does it mean, you are giving more importance to the agreement than to the work. By this we can understand that you are doing only for the sake of money. This evidence is enough to prove that you are doing it for the sake of money and basing on this point this agreement can be cancelled.
And also completing 1200 forms in 12 days with accuracy is impossible. And you are making a legal agreement on an impossible event. Then this agreement can be also be canceled even on this basis also according to Indian contract act at 1872.
I have asked you to give me at least one day extra. Really if you want the work with accuracy you would have given me one day extra by making some adjustments to the agreement. But you haven't given me extra day. Then what does it mean, you are giving more importance to the agreement than to the work. By this we can understand that you are doing only for the sake of money. This evidence is enough to prove that you are doing it for the sake of money and basing on this point this agreement can be cancelled.
And also completing 1200 forms in 12 days with accuracy is impossible. And you are making a legal agreement on an impossible event. Then this agreement can be also be canceled even on this basis also according to Indian contract act at 1872.
