I ordered a suit on 11th December.
The product was delivered on 14th December but I recieved a cheap quality product. The suit was of really cheap quality and it didn't have a dupatta as shown in the picture. When I applied for refund they said refund wasn't there in their company policy and I would have to bear the loss.
I have talked a lot of times in their customer help but they denied saying it won't be possible and talked in a really rude way. Was this information helpful? |
