So can i return my purchase order.

I ordered a blue color suit but in turn recd a very cheap quality orange color suit. I am told via email to send a courier on my own charges to them but not provided any address. They are big cheaters. Pls help in getting my money back (Rs 899)...

I ordered a suit on 11th December.
The product was delivered on 14th December but I recieved a cheap quality product. The suit was of really cheap quality and it didn't have a dupatta as shown in the picture. When I applied for refund they said refund wasn't there in their company policy and I would have to bear the loss.
I have talked a lot of times in their customer help but they denied saying it won't be possible and talked...

I ordered cotton kurti of 3 combo and i have paid cash on delivery of rupees 1089 and what i received was such a worst and cheap product (Saree). Kindly do the needful. It's not only me who is affected there are lot many who have been deceived by this online shopping. So kindly resolve the greviances o[censored]s. I need the refund of my amount 1089. This should not be the tool for such persons to deceive the people at large....

Ordered for a pair of gagra on 8.10.19. But received a saree in a dialapated condition, which is used, dirty & fully torn which is not even used by beggars. This is a clear case of organised cheating, which is spoiling the reputation of an esteemed company / dealer like you.
