Williams Tech Service — I am complaining about fraud penalty

Dear sir,

I am Arjun Kumar from Allahabad UP. Williams tech service executive called me and ask me for register their portal to online work regarding. When I was registering on the portal I noticed that in their agreement mentioned that if I am unable to complete their work then they will fine 5500 on me. After registering on the portal I denied to take any work plan yet they are sending me a legal notice.

So please help me Sir.
