I have chose a work agreement with william Tech service. I have completed my work and I didn't do any wrong in data entry. They didn't told me that small and block letters will be an issue. Now after data entry they are showing me that 202 forms are correct and 398 forms are wrong. Now they are threatening me that they that they will send legal notice if I don't pay them. I don't know what to do. I needed money so I wanted job.I can't pay....

Dear sir,
I am GRACY FROM DELHI. Williams tech service executive called me and ask me to register their portal for online work(freelance work). When I was registering on the portal I noticed that their agreement mentioned that if I am unable to complete their work then they will find 5500 on me. After registering on the portal I denied to take any work plan yet they are sending me a legal notice. They also messaged me on WhatsApp and ask me to pay 5500 within 5 minutes. They scared me by calling and texting msgs.

Dear Concern,
This is to inform you that the legal department of Williams Tech Service has received your case, and we found that your agreement has been terminated. Now, we have verified your case and found that you have breached the clause of an agreement. As per an Indian Contract Act 1872 you have signed an agreement and if you don't make payment for losses then section 17 shall be imposed on you. We are serious about our client's Infinity loss of their work. Now, you need to pay an amount as per agreement term. As per an Indian Penal code section 420 shall be imposed on you if you abscond from the situation. Now you don't pay that amount what our client is demanding for then, you need to pay double the amount and legal notice will be issued to you. If you fail to pay this amount then, we will call you here for legal proceedings.

Fraud Williams tech services
The above website offered me online form filling work. But during joining process they have not said the complete procedure and the bond criteria. For joining purpose they took my Adhar & digital sign via WhatsApp and pasted on bond.
There given task I completed in 5 days. At the end they saying my accuracy is not matched. Actually I used google tools to copy the data still they saying data is not accurate.
I asked multiple times to the customer care that your data image is blurred n not clear to understand then they guided me and accidentally the data words they given is also wrong.
Then on what basis they were checking the accuracy of my data.
Also if they have complete data available with them then why they were hiring us.
I think this is SCAM. Williams Tech Services is SCAM do not work with them.
They were talking rudely and saying we have filled complaint against you. Take care and dont worry they will not do anything to us. They are taking benefit of fear.

They Are fraud during work time I saw so many scam report on social side

I saw when I tried to call the help line no it's shows on true caller that it's a fraud company when i hv been go through the agreement I saw they don't have any govt iso I'd no or govt stamp on paper that time I realize that it's a fraud and they trying to scam with me they don't hv website also pls take an action

I was their victim too, they have prepared a hidden agreement where they put my signature and photo on the agreement without my permission.
I got the email the day same day you did.
I found out about the hidden agreement just the next day I started working. They are bunch of fools, frauds and illiterates. If you look at the bottom of the email where you received the Id password for login, you will find a link which leads to a pdf agreement. There they mentioned all the clauses which were not told to me before.
When I tried to come clear with them all those fools blocked my number and stopped answering me and when did answer my questions they kept saying talk to him, talk to customer care and all.
If you look at the agreement there you will see Williams tech service logo( the company does not exist) It's a fake.
In the agreement it is made between you and a company named instant services and not Williams tech service .
Those illiterates do not even know how to make a fake agreement.
Don't worry Instant service and William tech service both are fake and fraud companies
Do not pay a single penny.
And the lawyer doesn't even exist. It's just their tactic to intimidate you that's it.
Ignore these fools and go on with your life. Cheers

Same issue with me ... I have completed all 600 tasks today morning... I called the customer service number they told me that I have not achieved 90% accuracy si i have to pay 5500 as per rule... I didn't ever noticed the agreement paper attached with my name photo sign, below the email link.
They are fraud... Without my concerns they attached my details with their agreement paper.
I need money that's why I do this data entry work, but they cheated me.
Help me what to do..
