Willora.com — wrong product delivered and no response for return policy (complaint)

I have ordered the product from their website (Wlr[protected] combo kurties through credit card payment 1115/-) on 24/04/2019 and they have given the wrong product now i have complaint for that on mail but they are not giving reply nor they are calling for the return or exchange policies...

I am very disappoint from willora side.
I have so many time mailed of willora but no respond from willora.
