I purchased 3kurthies through willora, they displayed through their group some beautiful kurthies, i didn't get the ordered on e, got bad cloth materials, send mail about this to them, no reply, they cheated me by sending bad cheap clothes, i paid 1600 rupee cash on delivery, but that materials o got only worth 300 only, so how will i get back my money

I had ordered a pair of kurthis for rs1000 with cod.Completely unrelated products came that didn't even look like the said product. There has been no response from the company even though we emailed and try to call the firm. The phone number on the website is also switched off and the email id that was said to respond within 48 hours has also given no response.

I order kurti from willora on dated 09.04.2019 vide order number WLR[protected] of rs. 915/- but they not send which i order and they also not have customer care no. on their site only e-mail address. I mail on their site on dated 16.04.2019, 22.04.2019 & 07.05.2019 about to refund the money of rs. 915/- but till date they not give any response. They do fraud with me they should be ban from all sites and appropriate action should be taken and recovery of my money of rs.915/- should be send in my account.

I had ordered a lehenga for 1390rs. But I got a completely different product which had some cheap quality cloth consisting of some cut piece. Highly disappointed with this website..and I see that many have same complaints. I tried contacting them from all the ways. They are not responding. Please do the needful. And block this website and put some penalty on the owner of this willora website for chatting ppl

I have ordered a combo of 4 kurties from willora.com but i have received something very different and a cheap quality.
I tried contacting them from every possible way (Mail/insta page/fb msg/call) but they have blocked me everywhere.
Please help me.

I had ordered set of 4 kurtis worth rs 1700from willora in april. Delivery happened on time but i was highly disappointed as they had sent totally different stuff to me... The print, the material and even the size of the kurtis was different. Quality is so cheap as well. I sent them 2mails immediately informing them about the wrong product delivery. I sen tthem my order number, picture of the product received as well. I provided them with all the required information from my side but till date they have neither replaced the product nor returned my money back. Most important no reply at all.

May 08 i searching customer no on images and i calling that no [protected] one person talking and telling. Card to card payments. I don't know any thing i giving card no and tell to him otp no. After he is taking 2000 rps to my account. Totally 3190rps i lost. Please take action to thouse people and can you help me refund my money thank you

They reverted in 6 days asking me for my order number, picture of the product received, picture of the courier slip and my account details. I provided them with all the required information from my side but till date they have neither replaced the product nor returned my money back. Looks like it’s a fraud company... Strict action should be taken against them!!!

I order kurti from willora on dated 17.04.2019 vide order number wlr[protected] of rs. 1190 but they not send which i order and they also not have customer care no on their site only e-mail address. I mail on their site on dated 3.05.2019, 16.05.2019 about to refund the money of rs. 1190/- they mail me on dated 3.05.2019 and request for account detail which is send on same day i. E. 3.05.2019 but till date they not give any response. They do fraud with me they should be ban from all sites and appropriate action should be taken and recovery of my money of rs.1190 should be send in my account.

Wrong product sent - mobile numbers switched off - e mails not answered
I cannot understand how anyone can operate a business like this.
Everytime i make a call mobile is switched off plus one mobile number does not even receive calls how can anybody give a mobile number which is not equipped to receive calls.

Biggest fraud. Worse experience on mail shopping.
Putting others on doubt too.

I have booked a combo suit of set of 2 trendy long kurtis sku: kurti-10546 (C-2) for a price of inr 990. Cod.
When i received the delivery, it was not the items which i had ordered
Please don’t make any orders with this company willora. They have proven cases of repeatedly cheating their customers. Such companies need to be restricted with license in online marketing.

I ordered for combo of 4 kurtas from willora worth rs.1190. They delivered all fake products (Same cheap fabric kurta in different colors). The products shown in the pic is no where relevant to the one delivered to me.

This company is a fraud company. They have given one contact number for customer service which is switched off all the time and they are reverting to mail written.

Please help me to return these fake products and get my money back.

I received totally different and cheap quality product than what i had ordered.
I had ordered for 2 cotton kurtis of small size on 07/04/19. However, i received very cheap quality kurtis with different design and very large i. E. 3xl size on 12/04/19. Order was prepaid.
I dropped an email to return the order including the photographs of product received but they did not respond to it.

We have received wrong size Kurtis.
We had placed order for 'M' size but Willora has delivered 'XXL' size and of different shades.

We have been repeatedly calling official customer Care No. '[protected]' but there is no response. Most of the times, mobile is switched off.

We have paid more than Rs. 1, 100/- and it is a big loss to us

This is abhishek from kolkata. I ordered a combo of 3 sets of frocks/gowns but these frauds sent me 3 kurtis that too if poor quality which may cost us around rs.300 each whereas total cost incurred was rs 1500 for that product. I know i have been cheated but plz read reviews given by the victims. If anyone could help us it would be good but i don't think it will help. Plz be cautious next time with these kind of # frauds

This is mahalakshmi, i had ordered for the readymade blouse which was shown in the image on the website, was fully stitched, but i received a blouse piece weigh is of poor quality & completely different from the image shown. I'm really disheartened after seeing the blouse piece, for which i paid rs.750/- i lost my money & learnt a lesson for my foolishness...

I have ordered for Kurtis from willora.com on 28/04/2019 and I received the product on 06/05/2019 .But the product which I received is not the one which I ordered.They mentioned in their website to send mail to care.[protected]@gmail.com to return the product.And I have send the mail immediately once I received the product.They mentioned that they will revert for mail in maximum 48 hrs but it is almost 1 week and there is no response from them. The product which I received is of very poor quality with different size. I had paid Rs 1490 cash on delivery .So please do the needful.

I had ordered a combo of 5 kurtis for 1600 rs and got a set of 4 kurtis which is not even 100 rs and totally different from what is shown in the website.
There number is also switched off and they dont respond to mails as well.
Am pretty sure this is a fraud site as i saw number of similar complaints from other customers as well.
They should be sent behind the bars for cheating people.

This is such a fake website.in the picture they show something else and in the courier they send something else. They don't have return policy at all. Evwn if we want to return it, we have to search for their warehouse and then we have to return it.
I request all of you out there, not to go with this website's picture, don't order anything from willora.
It's a fake website which sells 100 or 150 rupees kurtas but show false kurtis in the website.

I had ordered a pack of 4 kurtisat rs1190. From willora and discovered that the product was of cheap quality and different from what i ordered. I had complained about it but no answer yet came. Also the phone no. Is switched off. I want a refund. Please respond. I am constantly calling your costumer service from 11may 2019, the when i received the parcels.. Also i am posting the mail on your website. But no response yet had come. Which had made me disappointed.

I ordered set of 4 kurtis of rs.1165, through subjected order no. But i have received wrong product which is totally different from the product ordered, also of very cheap quality and defective.
I have contacted them through emails, calls, social network site, but no response received for the return /refund request.
The customer care no is always busy/switch off.
Delivery boy's no received through msg, also did not work.

I have seen many complaints for this site. Can somebody please help.
