Willora — wrong product delivered,no response to mail and customer number

I order pallazo from willora of rs. 890 but they did not send me the one which i ordered send very pathetic and low-quality leggings and they also not have customer care no on their site only e-mail address. I mail on their site on a couple of times but didn't get any response on that... This is not accepted but till date, they not give any response. They do fraud with me they should be ban from all sites and appropriate action should be taken and recovery of my money of rs.890 should be send in my account...
