If there was a zero star, i would have opted it for willora online shopping. Never seen such a fraud online shopping site as willora.. I order a four piece kurti set seeing the ad provided in willora and got badly cheated by them.. What they have sent me is entirely different 4 pieces of very cheap low class tops which even beggers wont use.. Needed to complaint but there was no customer service available.. So dont ever buy from this site....

I have ordered 5 kurtis set from willora which i saw on facebook... I ordered those kurtis on 5th may 2019 and recieved it on 25th may... I am regretting my decision that why i ordered that product. They have sent me the worst quality product and also the different one which i haven't ordered.
I want my rs. 1615 back.
And also i have a question... That why in india such companies are running.. Many customers have registered...

I order pallazo from willora of rs. 890 but they did not send me the one which i ordered send very pathetic and low-quality leggings and they also not have customer care no on their site only e-mail address. I mail on their site on a couple of times but didn't get any response on that... This is not accepted but till date, they not give any response. They do fraud with me they should be ban from all sites and appropriate action should be...

Willora is a fraud company. The Kurtis I had ordered was completely different when I received it. They don't even reply when I sent an email, to let them knowo that I have received a wrong order or to give refund back. Even their phone number doesn't work despite trying so many times. I request everyone not to buy anything from this site as its not genuine....

This is just so disgusting! I have never been duped in such a manner. I bought set of 5 kurtis for 1640/- looking at the picture given in the ad. And what i got was crap! Some cheap set of kurtas that can not be used even for dusting and nothing even remotely like the pictures displayed in the ad. There is no customer service number or mail id given anywhere on the order message. There is no way to get in touch with anyone to find out what...

I placed an order of women kurti cost 1090 rs. They delivered me wrong product some cheap kurtis with over size. As mentioned their return procedure i leave more then 10 mails with messages and photos, order number etc on care. [protected]@gmail.com but no one is replying or telling about return process even i left message on facebook account of willora but they blocked me from their....

I somehow bumped into your website through facebook post and really liked the cotton kurtis collections which you have showcased in your website. I quickly ordered the set of 4 unique cotton kurtis worth rs.1190/- and made an online payment for the product. Oder no. Wlr[protected] dated 5/5/2019 at 3:16 pm.

I was shocked and choked when i opened the parcel, the product is not the same which was displayed in your website....

I have placed order on willora.com site on rs. 1100 for kurtis for woman. I registered on the site with my phone number. 11th may 2019 i have received my order but it was different which i ordered. Than i post a mail to return it. N drop a massage. But no body to entertain my complaint or problem. There are not poviding there customer service no also. They are nt telling the return process also....

I have ordered for kurtis from willora.com and i received. But the product which i received is not the one which i ordered. I have raised a return request on website and it was successfully submitted. The product which i received is of very poor quality with different size. Ive ordered 2 sets of 4 kurtis i. E total 8 kurtis on 04.05.2019 (Order number: wlr[protected] and received 6 kurtis on 10.5.2019 and paid rs.2380. The 6 kurtis received are of very cheap quality and completely different from the 8 kurtis i've ordered.in fact they were same kurti with different colors.

When i tried to talk in their customer care numbers, generally nobody picked up. But after hundreds of tries perhaps, twice...

Booked my order no wlr[protected]... Dated on 24.04.2019 & received material on 28.04.2019. We received parcel with product not as per description in website. Material is very cheep. I sent an email to them after 4 days revert & ask about details of product and bank details & from last 10 days no revert from them & no one come to collect the parcel also....

I had ordered 4 sets of kurtas from you to all the different colors but 02 kurtis pink color and 02 kurtas have green color from you and the kurtas are of very poor quality which will get spoiled in the same first washing.

Received poor quality kurtis not worth rs 100.
I ordered pack of 4 kurtis worth 1200 on 80% discount on cod. After i received packet from courier i was shocked to see altogether different kurtis that i ordered. Not only they were of poor quality but were not if the size i ordered. After repeated mails no one is responding and mb. No is always switched off. Fake site. Dont know where to complaint about such fake site who cheat people...

I had ordered two beautiful kurta but the one they delivered is really bad and not the one i paid the money for, one they delivered is the most ugly kurta i can ever find. they ordered me the wrong and cheap product.
I have ordered combo dresses 3 for 1465.
these people instead of delivering me the product with i ordered has placed me the wrong cheap quality dresses.
The orders are delivered wrong and that too cheap quality delivered.
These people should be behind the bars cheating the customers,

I have ordered for Kurtis from willora.com on 28/04/2019 and I received the wrong product from them on 06/05/2019. They have mention to send mail to care.[protected]@gmail.com to return the wrong product, I had send the mail immediately but it was also 8 days and I didn’t get any revert from them yet. The product which I received was very poor quality with different size.I had paid Rs1490 cash on delivery.So please do the needful....

They display attractive handloom pics to trap the customer but deliver third class stuff and damaged product to the customer. Modi chor, gujarati chor.. Saale tere baap k paise nai he naa teri maa ne die... Mehnat k paise he.. Waapas kar.. I ordered combo pack of 4 kurtas for 1190 with this frauds. Got all cheap quality kurtas of same design which is completely different from what is shown in the website.

When i tried to contact on [protected]. That is number always busy in day time and switched in the evening. Such a cheaters.

This complaint is against willora, online clothing, i ordered kurtis on 4 may 19, but what i have received is entirely different cheap quality product.
Calling willora messeged and sent mail but no reply of msg, calls or mail...
Now seeing in reviewa many such similar complaints.
Seems fraudulent company.. Pls block their ads from facebook.
Pls help to get my money back.

This complaint is against willora, online shopping for ladies clothings.. I ordered 4 kurtis on4.5.2019. But what i have received entirely different cheap quality product, from the kurtis i had order from willora. On 10.05.2019 onthe cod rs. 1190.
I have been trying to contact at their given details to inform them n resolve the issue... But no reply of msg, calls or mail..

I have ordered combo of kurtis price 1250. It had been four days and there is no update about the order. I have called the customer care number [protected]. The person told me that due to some reasons stock is not available e will refund your amount.
