Dear sir/medam

My name is jethva yuvrajsinh. I was received call from mobile no [protected], one representative of windeals.in online shopping website said me that your no selected in our bio data for shopping mela utsav. You should purchase any one items from online then you will get assure any prize. I was placed order on 04 feb 2019 and purchased 04 x bedsheets set worth rs 1000/- and i got it at my home address after four to five days from date of order placed. I was paid this amount through sbi credit card.

After two days i was received call from mobile no [protected] from same company said me that you were secured third position in shopping mela utsav and i was also received mail from windeal.in team copy attached for your ready reference. First he was ask me that you have to pay rs 9400/- for open id for process your prize and my prize is europe couple tour. He send me one link through sms for payment, i was paid through sbi credit card as request received through their rozerpay payment gateway.

On 11 feb 2019, once again i was received call from manager of windeals.in mobile number is [protected] his name is raman mahera from delhi. He said me that congratulations to me and my family for winning third prize then he told me that your id is under process and one team of my company will be verified to you and your address through physical visit at your house when my team will came, you have to provide one code. This code will be given to you by windeals.in as you are the winner of our company. But first you have to pay rs 19800/- + rs 19800/- through net banking or credit/ debit card. He send me same rozerpay pay link through sms. I was paid first amount on 11 feb 2019 and second one on next day through debit card for received my verification code. I hereby attached screenshot of successful payment to the company. I was also received verification code. He also gave me two ways for take my gift. First go to europe couple trip or take cash money at the cost of europe couple trip that is rs 2, 53, 000/- will paid by company if i will not go europe couple trip.

I tried many time to call company customer care number on [protected] and also mr raman mahera but every time he didn't respond positively and give me time frame every time. I also mail on company mail address that is [protected]@windeals.in many time but no any one response me.

On 01 jul 2019 i was received call from one representative of windeals.in his name is sumit kumar and his no is [protected] regarding prize amount distribution. He told me that my cheque for a sum of rs 3, 34, 000/- is ready he told me that to pay more amount for last clearance charges of cheque deposit in my account, the amount is 32000/-. Then i refused to pay this amount, so he again contact to me on 09 jul 2019 and told me that i have last chance to clear my prize amount if i paid today (09 jul 2019) then prize amount will be deposit in my bank account on the next day. I hereby attached his company cheque for a sum of rs 3, 34, 000/- which is i received through their email id.

Now presently last seven months pass away company did not respond me or mr raman mahera and all persons of this company switch off their phone after 09 jul 2019. I try to send mail to this company, however this company did not respond me and now days mail also didn't send. I think many people's are also cheated by windeals.in and mr raman mahera and their team in india. So i kindly request to you to look into this matter and i also request to you band this type of all fraud company. So that no any poor people of india will cheat by this type of fake advertising.
