Order #[protected] Worst experience ever. Today is my wedding anniversary. I order cake from winni. I got a message that the order is delivered, which is not actually delivered at my address. I did not get any call from the delivery person.When I called customer support, they said that they will check in 10 mins and call me back. I called them 3-4 times, got the same reply, but cake was not delivered to me. They spoiled my anniversary. My order was prepaid. At least, don't take any order in future which you cannot deliver if you have little shame. And refund the amount for my order. Was this information helpful? | |||
