I ordered Winni's mother's day pineapple cake for my family in Hyderabad which was supposed to be delivered on May 8, 2022 between 9 am - 3 pm. I requested them to write "Happy Mother's day" on the cake. I even paid for the express delivery, but they didn't deliver it at that time. I had to send them multiple emails and they sent it late at night around 9:00 pm. I thought at least they will deliver a good cake. But the cake didn't have "Happy Mother's day" written on it and it was completely plain and the frosting was smudged everywhere. The cake was all damaged, there was cheap frosting and there were 2 stale pineapple pieces. It didn't even look fresh. I contacted winni's support team and they didn't even respond to my emails. They just sent an email saying the cake has been delivered. I want them to refund my money for sending a damaged cake and also for their terrible service. They ruined mother's day celebration for me and my family. I am very dissappointed with them. Kindly, please take serious action against them. Websites like these should never dare to cheat any consumers ever again. I sincerely request you to ask them to give my money back.
