Cheated by delivering a different cake

Hi,
The website winni.in has displayed a rainbow cake and I ordered that for my mother bday and they send me a different cake with red and brown colour which doesn’t look like rainbow cake from the pic they provided. I had paid 1807rs for this cake and they delivered full butter cream with very little cake in it. My mom could only taste just the butter cream. Why would I spend 1807rs for just a butter cream.

Hi - I have ordered flowers and cake to be delivered on Valentine’s Day from winni as per 2 hours delivery commitment mentioned in site, however the order[protected] is not yet delivered even after several hours, the status is in process and there is no response from service team even after several emails, the mentioned phone number is not available, there is no option to cancel or refund the amount, my money is struck

Winni team either is bunch of fools or thinking customers are fools. They seem to be scammers.
I ordered a money plant, with jute description on it as "ILOVEYOU".
The product delivered different from whats in the picture. There was no jute no words stitched on it.
I had to return it twice, and finally they asked me to pay another 150rs for the product, to be delivered again.. the final delivery of the product is still very different from the picture.
I PAID 800 RS for a money plant.. which costs 50rs in the market.
There is no apology and no refund. in fact the team threatened that i wont get any refund, even if i return the money plant.

I ordered photo magic cousins (399) and magic mug(299) on 4th may and it's delivery was on 7th May..and it's delivered on 10th may.. and that cousin's photo printed a single photo twicely on it. And it's quality was very very bad.. and it's support team was not responding well.. i paid all it's delivery charges.. total cost is 844.
I want return it.and refund it..

May10- posting comment on winni app on Play store.tyen developer replies to contact 7829463510 no. And same day delivered my order from DTDC.
May11- file complain on winni in consumer complaints.in (341053) then got mail from winni for misprint photo issue.. chandar mohan replies on it.and promise to resolve the problem.
May17- enquiry for my company on call with winni they provide tracking no. (T11523731) which shipped at may 12. And same day the consignment was delivered and the provided item was well printed .
My complaint was resolved after complaining.

Delivered damaged/stale cake

Good afternoon,
I ordered Winni's mother's day pineapple cake for my family in Hyderabad which was supposed to be delivered on May 8, 2022 between 9 am - 3 pm. I requested them to write "Happy Mother's day" on the cake. I even paid for the express delivery, but they didn't deliver it at that time. I had to send them multiple emails and they sent it late at night around 9:00 pm. I thought at least they will deliver a good cake. But the cake didn't have "Happy Mother's day" written on it and it was completely plain and the frosting was smudged everywhere. The cake was all damaged, there was cheap frosting and there were 2 stale pineapple pieces. It didn't even look fresh. I contacted winni's support team and they didn't even respond to my emails. They just sent an email saying the cake has been delivered. I want them to refund my money for sending a damaged cake and also for their terrible service. They ruined mother's day celebration for me and my family. I am very dissappointed with them. Kindly, please take serious action against them. Websites like these should never dare to cheat any consumers ever again. I sincerely request you to ask them to give my money back.

I placed an order with winni.in on 8th May and paid full money. I also paid express delivery charges of 99/- for two hour delivery. I was committed that my order would be delivered between 8am - 10pm on 8th May as I paid for the same service.
But it wasn't delivered at all even after repeated follow up. Even the contact number of their support is always busy. They don't reply to their mails and no reply to social media message...

I have ordered one product worth Rupees 1229 on Winni.in, it was supposed to deliver yesterday on time that they have assured. Now they are not responding me in any way. I request you to look into this matter so that I can get my refund.

I had ordered on 02-Nov-2021 with Order number # [protected] from winni.in. It was four plants which they promised as per their website that it will be delivered by 05-Nov-2021.
winni.in failed to deliver on time even after multiple chasers. It was a gift for my friend and they missed to deliver on time. When it got delivered on 06-Nov-2021 my friend had accepted it whole-heartedly but when they opened the package, they were disappointed. It was fully torn, broken, no soil in plants, damaged, and dead.
On seeing this my friend was disappointed and informed me about the plants. When I heard this I felt so bad that firstly they missed delivering it on time and later they have delivered fully damaged and dead plants.
I had called winni.in customer care to complaint about it and ask for a refund. But to my surprise instead of resolving my issue, they were giving me unrealistic solutions like I should try to regrow or revive plants for a week. Only if plants don't revive they would try to reship/ redeliver the products.
I was unhappy about the way they were treating my issue and when I asked why would I make so much effort of regrowing or reviving the plants when I had paid such a higher price for plants compared to other websites to get product delivered on time with quality. Also, seeing the plant's condition (picture I had shared with them) there was no possibility of reviving it. They said that they cannot refund the amount and I can do whatever I want but they are not going to refund the amount and I have to keep the dead plants.
Please assist me to get my refund at the earliest.

1.This complaint is with regards to the Order which was placed. The company has states that they are having no refund policy for any damaged order delivered by the company.
2. Spoke to the executive from winni.in named ajay kumar and he states that they actually dont care about the compaints raised on the company as they are only duping the money and delivering damaged product to everyone.
Please check this and help in resolving the issue as the company states that they don't care of any complaints been placed.

I placed an order of bouquet and chocolates on May 26th, 2021 for my wedding anniversary, they promised me that order will be delivered by 26th evening. I haven't got my order till the evening so I called the customer care, the executive told me that they can't deliver so I told him to cancel the order and refund the money to my original payment method (Paid through online UPI) he said okay.
But I have got my payment I waited 2 days, then sent an email to them, the next day got a reply stating that money has been credited to Winne wallet it can't be transferred to my original payment method.
Then I called the customer care 4-5 times, but they were not helpful too. I sent emails to them but haven't got any no reply.

1) For keeping my money without my permission in their wallet.
2) Made me to wait for the money for 2 months.
3) Not responding to emails and ignoring.
Hence I request Indian consumer I need justice in this case and take action on this seller.

Dear Team,
I have ordered a cake for my parents anniversary with their picture. And Wrong cake was delivered. Horrible service. I will complaint this to consumers forum. This a way you guys cheats people. I have paid 2000/- for the cake and u delivered wrong cake. The picture in the middle should of my parents photo and u give me someone else picture. Infact cake delivered at 6pm instead of 3pm. This type of service with so high charges, this should inform to public forum and closed your business in immediate affects. Atleast your guys should not cheats others.
Kindly find attached picture of the cake .
If no action taken against this within 24 hours . I will directly complaint to consumers forum. And sue you guys.

Cake not delivered nor amount refunded for non delivery

I had ordered a cake on 9th May for a delivery on 10th May for a special occassion
I had opted for standard delivery timing between 10 AM to 2 PM
I did not get the delivery until 2 and then called the customer care of Winni and they confirmed delivery in 2 hour
I again called them at 3.45 since delivery did not happen and they again promised delivery by 5 PM
I again called them at 7.20 and the call was not getting connected despite calling 23 times
I finally sent a mail at 7.20 PM initiating a cancellation and I get a call at 10.45 PM in the nite asking for my location for delivery when I was asleep
I informed to cancel my order and return my money paid
When I called again on 11th May, , the customer care team is giving false commitments and I spoke to Shoubhik from Mumbai who has confirmed delivery of the product before 2 PM else refund of my money to my bank account
Even now at 7.30 PM, the cake is not delivered nor the calls are getting answered nor amount refunded

I have ordered a bouquet on Feb 14 2021. It was told the ordered product would be delivered on the same day before 10 PM. But it was not delivered and at the same time no response when I call customer care service. Instead, I got a call from the winni team the next day (16th Feb 2021) at 8.30 PM for the delivery. For which I have denied and requested for the delivery. Which they have not accepted and sent the message with delivery successful status, but which was never delivered.
I even complained the same to customer care. Even they did not accept the refund.
First of all Valentine day was ruined because of the non-delivery and their horrible customer service made me more frustrated. Is there any way to get my compensation for the non-delivery of the product?

Complete ignorance and silence in the support chat for 6 hours.
I was waiting in the support chat open in 5 different browsers with 5 different agents for hours and all of them were either ignoring or replying nonsense.
For example, I asked about my delivery. One of them said it's delivered. Then left me there for half an hour. I asked when exactly was it delivered cuz I paid additionally for early morning delivery. Then after half an hour of waiting he comes back and says "will do the best to deliver it as fast as possible". Man wtf read properly, he just told me it's delivered now he said will do. Now the another one called neha sharma is ignoring me for 7 hours today. I'm just not leaving the chat to give her 1 out of 5 rating but she's probably not leaving on purpose to not let me rate her. Whatever it is, this day was so special for me and I can't even know if the gift I ordered is delivered or not cuz of their ignorance. I have no words

Non delivery of promised goods and service

I had ordered for a set of roses and chocolates for my wife on Valentine's day. These fraudsters have taken my money but have not delivered the product at all. Any attempt to reach out to customer service is in vain as they never respond.
The contact information given has it's incoming calls being barred. This is clear malpractice and fraud that is being done by Winni.
Strict action needs to be taken and their license to do business must be cancelled.

I ordered a ferrero rocher chocolate bouquet from their website. The chocolates were not ferrero rocher. The bouquet was completely different. The customer service people are rude and not at all helpful. No actions have been taken. This is really pathetic and disgusting if the service is this bad.
They do not respind on calls or emails. Complete frauds. Need to take action against such people who are no less than frauds.

Unreliable, high price and Worst staff - be it delivery boy or support manager
I was guest to my brother's anniversary at his house and I witnessed rude and arrogant behaviour -
The delivery guy came almost 1.30-2 hrs late where we all guest kept on waiting. We ask guy the reason of not informing us if he was late and he said he informed customer support - If they did not call u it's not my problem - Also if you dont want cake i'll take back and started shouting and abusing us.
Cake was in bad shape - layer was ripped off from left and right both sides.Picture on 1 side is uploaded.
3.It was ordered asking to write anniversary on cake with message. Neither cake had message nor any card was attached which is really bad for the amount(1299) it was spent
4.Their manager called and started blaming us only. When we said we need refund he flatly refused
By seeing this in future neither me nor any of my friend or family will use winni

Delivery of Cake to US
Irrespective of having the policy to not deliver the cake to any location in is on Sunday and Monday, they took the order and kept us in dark. On the birthday, which happens to be Sunday when we tried to track the status of delivery, to our very surprise the customer care informed that they can make delivery by Tuesday and not by Sunday or Monday. This was a humiliating condition for us and in this context I am rasing this complain against the Winni.in. Please be informed they make the commitment only to break. This is pure unprofessional incident. I am requesting to not place any order from Winni.i

This complaint is against winni, the site/app which provides cake, flower and gift for special occasions. I ordered a cake, roses and card for my friend from this site on 17 th sep 2020, which was supposed to be delivered by 19th sep 2020. Item was delivered around 6pm on the requested delivery date but the cake and card which I ordered was completely different and they did not deliver the roses.

Ordered for delivery on 17/08/2020 from 7 am to 9 pm for wedding anniversary celebration of my brother in law. Till 10.30. Pm the package is not delivered and the celebrations are over. I was following up for the delivery from 5 pm onwards. Then they forwarded amail that the package is delivered., without delivering it. When i requested to cancel the order and refund the money back, they are rejecting the request.

Fraud company, . They Don’t even reply on your mails and messages after processing your order. They will show you attractive bouquets and then after your order they will send a useless bouquet worth Rs 100. After that they will deny to return your money and will ask you to compensate with Good will of 150 Rs. please take strict action about this company. Many of the complaints are there on the company’s social media pages

I placed an order of flowers on winni.in of rs 649 #[protected] for my mother’s anniversary on 21st may, at night. The flowers were to be delivered on 22nd. I woke up to messages from winni that they couldn’t reach me. Even though my phone had full network area. I tried contacting them, no call was answered by the numbers they have provided online. I tried replying to their messages and emails with alternate numbers but they didn’t reach out to me. I just kept getting those messages until the message came that the order had been cancelled. My mother received no flowers.
Two days later i got a call from winni representative who told me that my money will be refunded to winni cash wallet and not my bank account. I asked them why would they first not deliver my order and then even rob me of my money. She said there was nothing she could do. And she hung up.
My father reached out to them on twitter as their phones were not being picked but to no avail.
Today i checked my winni wallet, to see if my money was refunded atleast in their account. But my wallet is empty.
Please ask winni.in to please return my money to me as soon as possible. This is the most unprofessional behaviour that one can expect from such a reputable website.

Online order was placed on 16th May 2020 for a delivery on 17th may 2020. Order # is [protected].
The delivery never happened and they are not responding to calls or chats and are not refunding the money and aren't responding to messages that are being sent to them on Instagram or facebook. called on [protected] and some lady named mona singh lied again stating refund will happen after 20 days from today. They are not willing to help and wont even send any email confirmation and they are continuously lying. Please help. The payment was done for INR 1698
The delivery never happened and they are not responding to calls or chats and are not refunding the money and aren't responding to messages that are being sent to them on Instagram or facebook. called on [protected] and some lady named mona singh lied again stating refund will happen after 20 days from today. They are not willing to help and wont even send any email confirmation and they are continuously lying. Please help. The payment was done for INR 1698

Ordered the cake & flower bouquet for family occasion but delivered only cake that to max 200/- but charged 600/-, very low quality tasteless ...Whole day I tried to reach costumer care or any contact no but all are busy...No response.This is the fraud company who has been cheated lot of costumers on daily basis without being afraid of anything..
