I placed an order with winni.in on 8th May and paid full money. I also paid express delivery charges of 99/- for two hour delivery. I was committed that my order would be delivered between 8am - 10pm on 8th May as I paid for the same service.
But it wasn't delivered at all even after repeated follow up. Even the contact number of their support is always busy. They don't reply to their mails and no reply to social media message inbox as well.
I again called today morning and then they refused for cancellation saying 52 hour clause for mother's day. And said it will be delivered by 10:30am. Still even till now it is not delivered and upon again calling they said you haven't rescheduled it. So I asked for cancellation and then they said we are processing and you will get mail in 15 min.
Still there is no cancellation done and no body even replied to the emails sent nor messages. And neither the order is delivered. My whole money is gone and the planned day has been ruined.
I need compensation for the harassment done by Winni and full refund for my amount paid.

The scam being done by them has to be stopped and I should be given justice.
