I placed an order of bouquet and chocolates on May 26th, 2021 for my wedding anniversary, they promised me that order will be delivered by 26th evening. I haven't got my order till the evening so I called the customer care, the executive told me that they can't deliver so I told him to cancel the order and refund the money to my original payment method (Paid through online UPI) he said okay.
But I have got my payment I waited 2 days, then sent an email to them, the next day got a reply stating that money has been credited to Winne wallet it can't be transferred to my original payment method.
Then I called the customer care 4-5 times, but they were not helpful too. I sent emails to them but haven't got any no reply.

1) For keeping my money without my permission in their wallet.
2) Made me to wait for the money for 2 months.
3) Not responding to emails and ignoring.
Hence I request Indian consumer I need justice in this case and take action on this seller.
