My device id is GX21922
I recharged on 9th September but after recharge I am not able to connect the internet it gives sign in error. I called and mailed but they only ask about the issue no one resolving my issue. More then 5 days going to be over I am so frustrated. I connected with local ISP providers she told me recharge on his number and she said the wiom is closed at this area and my money will not refund. Please help me anyone for this.
