I recharged on 9th September but after recharge I am not able to connect the internet it gives sign in error. I called and mailed but they only ask about the issue no one resolving my issue. More then 5 days going to be over I am so frustrated. I connected with local ISP providers she told me recharge on his number and she said the wiom is closed at this area and my money will not refund. Please...

Worst internet ever... it's been six days since my internet is not working. Everytime I am trying to connect the customer executives, the only response I am getting is we will try to resolve it in 24 hours. But no one has responded nor has visited to resolve the issue. Just one guy named as Aniket Singh (local vendor from our area) called up and make a fool of me and the way he talks is like he don't want to resolve the issue. It's just frustrating...

I had filed a complaint on 13th October to shift my wifi, even I have paid for it to 99 rupees to the company but it has been a week, I am told everyday that it will be done today but it has been a week and no response has been received. This is a total ### company...

Wiom internet is not working and not getting connection from 3 days and they say that from 3 days we will resolve your issue in 24 hours but I am not getting response from any employe of wiom so please help me and they are not doing anything and not attending my call

Monthly pack 399 is activated wifi connection, from yesterday wiom services has been stopped.No internet service access showing while connecting the connection.
Kindly provide ur service as soon as possible. Already 24hrs has gone ur internet connection not coming. It showing no internet access.
Now a days these kind of disconnection of internet happens every month.
Please provide a good solution why the wiom service gets stop immedietely.
Proceed it as soon as possible.

My device id 20157 my complaint for wiom backend service team and wiom very very poor customer care servicer team my issue is every month my internet disconnect before 4-5 bill due date

this month same problem my bill due date showing in my wiom app 18-nov
but my internet disconnected when i ask backend team they said your internet pack expire today 15-nov.

very very poor customer service team i call 4 time but they dont resolve my problem
