Yesterday I got the mail for background process but I have tried multiple times by logging in the dashboard and then clicking on Background Verification tab - Fill more profile details but after that it only gives the error showing Server error in application.

I have to upload my candidate background verification details in my candidate desktop before the last date. Though i can log on to my candidate desktop the candidate background verification tab is not loading. Its just showing that "the page you're trying to view is not available". Please resolve this issue as soon as possible. The last date for uploading all documents is july 4th. Once this happened and was resolved and now again this happened.

After we received the PDF with the instructions, I finished making an account but then whenever I try to login I cannot get the welcome message where I'm supposed to input my resume number to access the course. Please help me with this since we need to finish the course by one month and I haven't even had access to it yet. Unable to upload background verification details. It was showing page not found.
My Resume no is 21031012 .Iam unable to upload Background verification details because it was showing the page was not found.I tried so many times.But it was showing the same thing.I got a mail where I have to upload details within 20 days.There are only few days left to upload.
